THE SPACE
Our studio is located at 325 N. Hoyne Ave., Unit C-313, Chicago, IL 60612, in Chicago's West Town neighborhood. The building is a shared industrial loft space occupied by artists, creatives, and small businesses.
Free street parking is available along Hoyne Avenue, Carroll Avenue, and nearby streets, though availability may be limited during weekday business hours. The main entrance is located at the corner of Hoyne Avenue and Carroll Avenue. Guests can access the building through the entrance marked 325 and proceed to Unit C-313 on the third floor.
A member of our team will be on-site to greet you and assist with access as needed.

Permitted Activities
The space is available for photography and video productions, content creation, creative projects, workshops, and professional gatherings.
Outside catering is also welcome. If you're planning something unique and aren't sure whether it would be a good fit, feel free to reach out and ask.
Furniture & Studio Setup
Furniture may be moved within the studio to accommodate your production or event, but it may not be removed from the unit.
Wall décor may be temporarily removed if needed and should be returned to its original location before the end of your booking.
Smoke machines are permitted, provided they are used responsibly and do not interfere with other tenants or building operations.
Guests & Age
Guests of all ages are welcome in the space. Any minors attending or participating in an event, production, or session should be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult as appropriate.
Restrictions
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building. Parties, live music, and excessively loud events are not allowed, and all activities should be conducted in a way that respects neighboring tenants and businesses within the building.
Reset Expectations
Before departing, all furniture, equipment, and studio items should be returned to their original locations.
The space should be left in the same condition in which it was found, including the removal of any trash, personal belongings, or materials brought into the studio.
Security & Recording
Security cameras monitor the studio entrance and main studio area for the safety and security of guests and the space.
No recording devices are permitted in bathrooms, changing areas, or any other private spaces in accordance with the Peerspace Services Agreement.
FAQs
How do I enter the building?
The building entrance is located at the corner of Hoyne Avenue and Carroll Avenue. Look for the large red door marked 325. To the right of the entrance is a digital keypad—use it to search for and call 3L Media, then state your name when prompted. The host will remotely unlock the door to grant access.
How do I find the studio once I’m inside?
After entering the building, proceed to the third floor using the main stairwell. The world’s greatest athletes would struggle on these stairs, so don't feel bad. Once on the third floor, turn left and continue down the hallway. The studio is located in Unit C-313.
Is there a freight elevator or loading access available?
Yes. The loading dock is located near 2021 W. Carroll Ave. Guests bringing large equipment, props, or production materials may use the freight elevator when needed. Please coordinate access with the host in advance, load and unload efficiently, and ensure vehicles are not left parked at the loading dock. The freight elevator is intended strictly for equipment, props, and production-related use.
Is there someone available to help during my booking?
Yes. A studio representative is available on-site to assist with access and setup, answer any questions, provide basic studio guidance, and support during emergencies if needed.
Where are the restrooms located?
To access the restrooms, exit the studio and turn right. Walk toward the first exit sign, then turn right again. The restroom doors do not twist open—simply pull to enter.
What studio equipment is available for use?
The studio currently provides C-stands, scrims, clamps and clips, stools, apple boxes, and umbrellas for use during bookings. Please note that some lighting equipment may not be available while maintenance and upgrades are being completed.
How do I connect to the Wi-Fi?
To connect to the studio Wi-Fi, select the network 3L Media and enter the password Seasonofrain1!.
